Who are you? My name is Mr M Viracca, I am based in Derby but travel frequently around Derbyshire and South Yorkshire. What kind of photographs do you take? Most of my photography is school based - plays, concerts, sporting events, and special events like Year 11 Leavers Day and Presentation Evenings. Obviously, most of these photographs cannot be displayed publicly in order to comply with Child Protection policies. I have been CRB checked and always get permission for displaying photographs on this website. What about your other photographs? I also photograph private functions such as weddings and parties, public events, portraits and action sports. Where are my private photographs? Private galleries are not viewable by the public. You will have been given instructions on how to access your photographs along with your password before and/or during the event. Please see the Private Galleries page for more details. I don't want people to see my photographs! That's fine, please let me know which photograph you want me to remove from the website. You can do this by sending me a message here, or better still, by adding a comment on the photo in question, since this makes it clear which photograph you are referring to. Removals will usually be processed within 24 hours, though you may be contacted by email if there are any problems with this. What are you going to do with my personal details? Please read the Privacy Policy which can be accessed from the bottom of every page. How can I buy a print of a photograph? If you see a photograph you would like to buy, click on the Buy Now button below the photograph. You will be taken to a page with different options for that particular photograph. Some prints are offered in different formats. How are my prints made? Prints are produced using class-leading technology by Canon. We use ChromaLife100 ink on Ilford Professional Photograph Paper (Gloss and Pearl), resulting in exceptionally high quality prints similar to photographic labs. Please note that the photographs displayed in the galleries are preview images only and their image quality has been reduced for the internet. Your chosen orders will be individually printed to the highest quality and the copyright watermark will NOT appear on your prints. Can I get a copy of a photograph as a digital file? Yes, this option appears when you click on the Buy Now button. If it does not appear, please contact me to discuss the options available. The best way to do this is to find the photograph you would like and use the Leave a comment option underneath to let me know what your requirements are. How can I pay for my photographs? You can pay for your purchases using a credit card, a debit card or by PayPal. All internet financial transactions are handled by PayPal, the leading payment network for online auction websites, including eBay. PayPal use the latest encryption techniques to ensure the highest possible levels of security. Click on the logo below for more information.
